Overview

At Flatpack Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in accordance with our policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

    We only accept returns on unopened products and any damages must be reported in 3 days from delivery date. We do not accept returns due to damage, we will send a replacement part instead.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@flatpackfurniture.co.uk or call 0800 2545433 to initiate the return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we have made an error in your order.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damages and Issues

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@flatpackfurniture.co.uk or call 0800 2545433. We will provide parts needed to fix the issue or arrange for a replacement.
